Italian Name: Bocca di Lupo, Bellavedova,

Habitat: Vegeta in uncultivated places, including grasslands, roadsides, abandoned cultivations, vineyards and olive groves
Etymology: The genus name derives from the name the Greeks gave to a plant from the tuber-shaped fingers, whose literal meaning means " Hermes fingers, " Hermes, messenger of the gods , dactylon = fingers, referring to the roots to the tubers typed. The specific name refers tuberosus all'apetto characteristic roots, while the common name " bellavedova " was inspired by the beautiful tepals dark velvety and elegant, as if in mourning.

Trivia: plant easy to grow, but not common in commerce.
